CANCELLATION POLICY POLICY Your appointments are very important to me, and are reserved especially for you. A non-refundable deposit is required upfront. ( NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT) :) APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, regardless of the reason, a 48 hours notice prior to your appointment is required. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged/responsible for 50% of the scheduled service/s. If you cancel with less than 4 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Tardiness: I have a 10 minute grace period for all appointments if no communication to me, however if you are more than 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you are a no-show to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service/s. REFUNDS There are no refunds on any services rendered, (includes allergic reactions and retention of eyelash extensions). The lack of following at home aftercare instructions or advice from your lash artist resulting in any itching, irritation, or inflammation, does not warrant any refund from Beauty Studio Jenny.There is no guarantee of specific results for any service provided. Every person is different and results may vary client to client. NO EXTRA GUEST. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Please cleanse face and lashes prior to any appointment. All clients must arrive with a clean lashes and a clean face free of makeup and oils this will ensure the best results with optimal retention. Most appointments are fairly long, please arrive comfortable and ready to relax! SPOKEN LANGUAGES English/Espaรฑol. FREE PARKING. POLICY FOR LASH FILLS 2 Week Fill. Must have at 50% of lashes still on. If less you will then be charged more. 3 Week Fill. Must have at 40% of lashes still on. If less you will then be charged more. More than 3 weeks require a FULL SET :)
