There are no refunds on any services rendered, (includes allergic reactions and retention of eyelash extensions). The lack of following at home aftercare instructions or advice from your lash artist resulting in any itching, irritation, or inflammation, does not warrant any refund from Beauty Studio Jenny.There is no guarantee of specific results for any service provided. Every person is different and results may vary client to client.
No-shows will be blocked from future bookings, and deposit will be forfeited.

PREBOOKING
Please Avoid: Mascara and Strip Lashes 48 hours before your
appointment (Residue can affect retention!)
- Makeup to avoid a $10 cleaning fee. If you have existing lash extensions, please schedule
a removal before your appointment.
FOREIGN FILLS
Foreign fills welcomed! The other artists' work must be clean enough for me to work over. If the lashes don't meet the standard, a removal will be required and a full set will be charged.
